Applications are invited for the above post based in the Medical School, School of Medicine, University of Nottingham. 

You will be working within the School of Medicine Digital Learning Services to support the provision of effective training, guidance and support to academic staff and students in their use of a range of learning technologies and digital tools, with a focus on fielding and allocating initial support requests, communication and engagement with staff, students and external partners and reporting on digital learning engagement and support delivery. 

You will be a friendly, proactive, and self-motivated individual, who is not fazed by changing priorities and demands; you will have good digital experience, good communication and people skills, as well as strong organisational skills. ?Your previous experience will enable you to provide professional, confidential, proactive and flexible support to staff and students.

The post will be offered as a permanent contract. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week). Job share arrangements may be considered.
