Student Success Administrator (SAAS16-02)

Type: Professional Support | Department: Student and Academic Services | Location: Stoke campus | Closing Date: 25 Sep 2016 | An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our new Student Success Team. The main focus of the post is to provide administrative and data analytical support to the Student Success team. You will be required to support existing and new projects aimed at enhancing the student experience and retention across all areas of the University. You will be highly motivated and confident, with the ability to demonstrate excellent administrative and communication skills. You will maintain accurate and up to date information relating to student retention and will be required to undertake data analysis to achieve this. You will support the Student Success Co-ordinator with the production of reports and analysis on the effectiveness of the various initiatives. You will be able to work on your own initiative having excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will be highly organised and give excellent customer care. You must also possess excellent IT skills and be an effective and committed team player.
