Career Adviser - Fixed term 4 months (Maternity Cover) (SS059)

This is a fixed term maternity leave appointment for up to 4 months with effect from the date of commencement or until such time as the postholder returns, whichever is the sooner.

The University of West London is a leading modern university specialising in the education and development of exceptional creative, business and service professionals.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated professional to join our Careers team, one year fixed term maternity cover.

Key roles include providing effective and timely advice and guidance to students and graduates; delivering employability through the curriculum and establishing productive partnerships with academic staff and other colleagues.

You will have an honours degree or equivalent, a relevant careers guidance qualification and experience of careers work in a higher education setting or a related field. Good interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are also essential.
