The role We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Systems Manager to provide professional, efficient and both proactive and reactive services to all users, stakeholders and contacts. You will be required to: ·         Engage with the end users and provide support and training; ·         Administer, configure and maintain all the existing financial systems; ·         Manage the change requests; ·         Identify development opportunities and implement new functionality; ·         Perform process reviews and identify areas for improvement. We are in the very early stages of replacing the current core financial system with a new finance system, as part of an ERP system, and we would like the successful candidate to have a major input into the new system implementation project from start to finish. Any experience of this would be highly beneficial. The person Ideally you will be CCAB/CIMA qualified but most of all you will have a proven track record of successful software/application deployment and administration in a Financial Systems Manager or Systems Accountant role. As you will be working closely with a wide range of colleagues, you need to be an excellent team worker with a collaborative, co-operative approach and have energy and self-motivation.
