We are now recruiting an Academic Partnerships Co-ordinator within the school of Health & Social Care to join the University as we work together to develop the partnership provision in line with the University’s Partnership Strategy, as follows:  The successful candidates will be responsible for the strategic development and management of partnership activity, taking a lead role in planning, review and validation. You will lead academic teams in the development of academic partnerships, working collaboratively across Schools, the wider University and employers. You will be enthusiastic, innovative and flexible committed to ensuring an excellent and supportive staff and student experience. With a strong teaching background in the HE sector, you will also have experience of developing and maintaining relationships and networks with key partner institutions in the UK and overseas. You will have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams of academics. You will have a strong background of using data to monitor and inform action plans, as well as experience of quality assurance and enhancement processes in the development and delivery of awards.
