Team Bath Training and Development invite applications to fill the role of Programme Manager for a period of up to one year to cover maternity leave.

This is an opportunity for a committed administrative specialist, familiar with working in the education sector, to contribute to the successful operational management of the Training and Development team activities across the vocational training sector and within higher education, and will suit an individual who is passionate about sport, professional development, and the student experience.

As part of a team of practitioner-educators who deliver education across the disciplines of Health and Fitness, Strength and Conditioning, Sports Massage and athlete lifestyle support to students at the University of Bath, as well as external customers, the successful candidate will be responsible for proactively supporting the effective management of all programmes, and working closely with the Programme Leads to ensure a high quality, market leading experience for all learners on our programmes.

Duties will include:
- co-ordination of teaching and learning activities and learner administration
- driving recruitment through effective and innovative marketing of products
- leading on retaining the highest standards of quality assurance across programmes and collaboration with external awarding organisations
- on-going, robust maintenance and development of operating and administrative systems to support the success of the team and individual programmes.

This is a part-time post working 4 days per week.
