The position is a permanent role paying a competitive salary alongside additional benefits; including 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and free parking. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing high level transactions of invoices, recording all supplier transactions, managing complex queries and analysis of purchasing information alongside other duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchase ledger and processing a high level of invoices with accurate data entry skills. You will have an analytical mind and be able to solve queries, as well as having previous reconciliations experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a hard working Finance Administrator. The right candidate will join a small and friendly finance team in a busy environment. You will be confident and have excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive information effectively. A flexible approach to working is essential within this busy team. You will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail and have proven experience working in a similar role with an in-depth understanding of financial processes.
