About You

A strong leader who is able to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, with the communication skills required to engage a range of stakeholders from students to staff. Self-motivated and flexible – you will use your analytical skills, expertise and personal initiative to deal effectively with non-routine matters, creatively resolving issues and progressing appropriate solutions.

With a strong background in creating and supporting communities, you will have previously managed, developed and, improved experiences through innovative initiatives and events.

An ability to manage and lead on procedures arising from student disciplinaries which will involve investigations into alleged breaches of the University's Code of Behaviour is essential.

About the Role

You will manage the on campus accommodation to create a vibrant and inclusive campus for our students at Edge Hill University. You will work as a team of two Campus Life Managers ensuring that students feel engaged and supported, that disciplinary incidents are well managed and that we ensure an exceptional student experience.

You will work closely with the Head of Accommodation Services at policy and strategic levels to implement an outstanding hall management service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing role at a rapidly developing University.
