Learning & Development Adviser (2 roles) (CSODP1001)

Are you a team player with a passion for delivering high quality development?  Do you enjoy working with people to help them realise their potential?  Are you committed to using your professional and organisational development expertise to enable our University to achieve its strategic goals?   The Organisational Development and Professional Learning team contributes to the success of our university by providing a range of courses, events, resources and advice to support the learning and development of our staff and postgraduate researchers. We also support organisational development, working closely with colleagues throughout the University to support continuous improvement and organisational change.   We currently have two posts available and are seeking learning and development professionals who will be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively across the breadth of our service.  As a member of the team you will play a key part in the design, delivery and evaluation of a varied portfolio of high quality organisational and people development initiatives to our diverse community which is made up of over 7500 staff and 2600 postgraduate researchers.   You will have a positive track record in the delivery of creative and experiential development designed to enhance individual, team and organisational performance.
