We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our HR Partnering and Advice team. The role will specifically focus on providing support to the team on a range of operational people management issues such as occupational health referrals, absence management, management of probationary periods and recruitment and selection processes. You will work closely, collegiately and flexibly with all colleagues to deliver an excellent HR service across the University.

The successful candidate will be an Associate Member of the CIPD, have experience of providing basic HR advice to a variety of stakeholders and possess a good knowledge of employment law.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and resolving issues through to completion will be key.  You will also have the ability to manage, organise and prioritise numerous activities or projects simultaneously.
