We believe that developing high performing leaders and managers is key to the University’s success and we are looking for experienced learning and development professionals to be part of our Leadership and Management Development team. This team is responsible for supporting, developing and enhancing the capability of the line managers and leaders, to support the delivery of the University’s vision and strategy.

You will have significant practical experience of designing and delivering learning and development tools and interventions to a range of management and leadership levels.

You will be able to; interpret the high level drivers within our People Plan to understand the skills required by our managers and leaders to deliver the University strategy, work with our people to understand the development needs of specific target audiences and, design and deliver engaging, practical and, cost effective solutions that enhance the capability of our management teams.

You will have a "can do" attitude, a flexible and approachable style. Your ability to build strong collaborative relationships across different functions whilst being able to handle challenge and influence at all levels is essential in this role.
