We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join the Department of Estates’ Customer Services team on a full time basis, working from 9.00am until 5.20pm.

The Department of Estates is a large, diverse and busy department; more information about our work can be found on the web pages (http://www.bath.ac.uk/estates/).

In this varied and interesting role you will be a member of a small team, able to work as an effective and supportive member of the team, with the ability to work independently as well.

You will need to be well organised, with a strong administrative background and experience of working in a busy office environment. You should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with a common sense approach to problem solving. You will need initiative and good judgment. Our aim is to exceed customer expectations.

A high proficiency in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel will be expected.  Training will be given in use of University specific software (Archibus, Agresso, Rapid Access) which are requisite for the post.
