This is a graduate opportunity based within Student Services which will support both the Student Wellbeing Centre and the English Language Centre and will provide valuable work experience for the post holder across a wide range of tasks and activities. The role has a focus on providing excellent customer service, to students, to staff within the department and to colleagues across the University who have contact with Student Services. The role also requires the post-holder to work closely with colleagues to further develop the range of information available about the departments, to enhance the social media presence and to support with upcoming campaigns and events across both departments.

In addition to the departmental role, you will also join the University's intern development programme, ‘The Lincoln Award (Graduate Interns)’.This is an integrated six month programme and will include a range of workshops and group organisational project.  The aim of the programme is to help you build up your key transferable skills as well as developing you both personally and professionally. The programme enables you to build a personal portfolio, allowing you to reflect on your learning and development throughout your employment with us, and also support your next career step.

It is expected that you will fully engage in the development programme as part of this graduate intern role.

This is a full-time, fixed term post through to June 2018.

This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2, therefore we can only accept applications from candidates who already have the right to work in UK
