An opportunity has arisen for an HR Transactions Support Administrator to work part time, across 2 or 3 days per week, as part of the HR Transactions team.

The role is part of the HR Shared Services team and provides a professional, high quality, timely, customer focused HR administration service to key stakeholders and customers throughout the University community.  

You will provide high quality HR administrative support, including:

- Probation Confirmations
- Employment References
- Document Uploads
- Visitor Extensions
- Personal Changes
- Line Management Changes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to plan and manage your workload, to ensure timely responses.
