NASC Curation Administrator (Database and Website) (SCI218917)

This project is a production level application of curation / librarianship within NASC (Arabidopsis.info).

The successful candidate will update and co-curate our germplasm e-commerce catalogue, web presence and database(s). Duties include: administration, curation and data entry; amendments to stock details and charges; direct customer/user support; webpage maintenance and database development in collaboration with our programming team.

Candidates should have vocational qualifications (NVQ2 Administration) or equivalent and experience of an e-commerce/ administrative environment

or

Considerable relevant experience.

Knowledge of SQL and some programming is essential.

This post is available immediately and will be offered on a permanent with underlying funding contract until 31/10/2021.
