You must be analytical and methodical, able to pick-up and quickly demonstrate proficiency in our technical systems and administrative processes. The post holder must be someone educated to degree level (or equivalent), with previous experience of higher education.  A postgraduate qualification (or comparable experience or sustained and substantial professional development) is preferable. The Head of Student Support role is a career graded role with a salary range of £33,327 - £41,267, with the expectation of candidates new to the role or BCU to start on the lower scale. You are advised, where possible, to remove personal details from your CV and Cover Letter such as your name.
