ATSF 2024 Conference — Approximation Theory and Special Functions - ATSF 2024 Conference - 8th Series

ATSF is an international conference series organized to bring together researchers from ALL areas of Approximation Theory and Special Functions to discuss new ideas and new applications. This organization, which has been held seven times so far as mini-symposia, has grown gradually over the years and will be held for the eighth time on September 4-7, 2024, hosted by TOBB Economics and Technology University (Ankara, Türkiye).

The highlighted topics (but not limited to):

• Approximation Theory: Classical approximation, statistical approximation, fuzzy approximation, approximation in the complex plane, best approximation, linear and nonlinear approximation, multivariate approximation, neural networks, numerical approximation, rational approximation, splines, interpolation, ... and their applications. 

• Summability Theory: Statistical convergence, regular summability methods, power series methods, sequence spaces, divergent series, Tauberian theorems, summation processes, matrix and integral methods for summability, ... and their applications.

• Applied Mathematics: ODEs, PDEs, difference equations, mathematical modeling, dynamical systems, numerical analysis, oscillation, stability theory, control theory, financial mathematics, opitimization, probability and statistics, stochastic process, graph theory, ... and their applications.

• Special Functions: Orthogonal polynomials, hypergeometric series, generating functions, general orthogonal systems, umbral calculus, recurrence relations, matrix-valued polynomials, Fourier series, special orthogonal functions, special polynomials, special functions in mathematical pyhsics,... and their applications.
