Polymers in Cables 2019

The eleventh North American edition of Polymers in Cables ​is designed to explore key developments in polymers, additives, compounds, and fire resistant technology, and the potential for improved and sustainable cable performance. Raw material suppliers, machinery manufacturers and testing/certification/regulatory agencies shared their views on the key business, environmental and technological changes that are shaping the future of this industry. During the conference, delegates had access to the main conclusions of the first and only market report analyzing and quantifying the usage of polymeric materials in the cables industry on a global scale, which will be published by AMI Consulting in 2019. AMI consultants presented the main results of this report with special focus on the North American industry and were also able to answer any questions from the audience.
