The 1st International Applied Bioinformatics Conference (IABC20) will serve as an excellent international convention for sharing knowledge, challenges and results in applied research in Bioinformatics and Informatics. The conference especially welcomes work centered on the application of Bioinformatics concepts and algorithms for biological knowledge generation and welcomes topics relating to challenges of biological applications and use cases which are still not solved properly in order to open new directions for further informatics research. IABC20 also invites papers relating to cutting edge information technology applied on biological use cases, Bioinformatics tools/workflows, best practices, calls for novel algorithms, translation of novel algorithms, and workshops/hands-on tutorials of novel Bioinformatics tools and workflows.
