It is our pleasure to re-launch The 2nd European Conference on Neuroinflammation – Basic and Clinical Concepts (ECN2021 formerly ECN2020) in association with The Oxford Centre for Neuroinflammation and invite you to join us for the conference which will now take place 12-13 April 2021 in London, UK.

The ECN2021 conference follows on from the hugely successful inaugural ECN2019, which took place in London, UK in April 2019. We have received a wealth of positive feedback from the speakers and the attendees at ECN2019 and we will again strive to facilitate investigative and analytical discussion of a range of neurodegenerative diseases. The focus will be on multiple sclerosis as a paradigmatic neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative disease but we will also have talks on neuromyelitis optica and Alzheimer’s disease to allow for cross-fertilizing discussions.

Through a comprehensive scientific programme with a broad basic and therapeutic focus, our world-renowned faculty will address the entire spectrum from basic aspects of neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration to state-of-the-art and emerging treatments of multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica and Alzheimer’s disease.

Genetic and immunological understandings of multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica and Alzheimer’s disease

Clinical management of neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration, with particular focus on multiple sclerosis

Emerging concepts for understanding and treating patients, with a particular focus on multiple sclerosis
