EMBO Workshop — Ribosome synthesis

This is the 12th triennial Conference and 3rd EMBO Workshop on Ribosome Synthesis. We bring together scientists working on all aspects of ribosome biogenesis and function, including nucleolar assembly by liquid-liquid phase separation, RNA polymerase I transcription, rDNA chromatin structure, rRNA processing and modification, ribosome assembly, structural formation of ribosomes, rRNA quality control and degradation, nuclear export, snoRNP assembly and function, integration with cell division and metabolism, connection with diseases, and insights into nucleolar structure and function. The overall aim of this EMBO Workshop on Ribosome Synthesis is to promote scientific exchange and synergies across the entire field by gathering leading established and upcoming scientists to discuss and exchange the most recent advances in the areas mentioned above and the latest cutting-edge technologies to tackle them.
