This is an exciting opportunity to join the Vice-Chancellor's Office as an Executive Personal Assistant. Working as part of a team of Executive Personal Assistants, you will play a key role in delivering effective, efficient, and responsive support to members of the University Executive Board.
This role will provide proactive, high-level support to the members of University Executive Board (UEB) and other senior colleagues. Work will often be confidential and urgent, so the postholder will be expected to use initiative and sound judgement to maintain the work schedule of these senior staff. The post holder will be responsible for supporting high-level internal meetings, including executive bodies within the University’s governance structure.
Your duties will include:
managing complex diaries and email correspondence on behalf of Executive Board memberssupporting committees and meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actionsliaising with a wide range people, both internal and external stakeholders undertaking projects and other activities to support Executive Board priorities and the Vice-Chancellor's OfficeYou will have experience as an executive or personal assistant, or be an experienced administrator who is looking to apply your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting the University's most senior leaders.
