We are seeking a strategic and impactful Director of Student Recruitment and Admissions to lead our student recruitment and admissions activity.
Reporting to the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer (CCMO), you will provide clear, evidence-based leadership across the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the University continues to attract, convert, and enrol diverse students across both international and domestic markets. You will shape market positioning, lead budgets, and drive a highâperformance culture across student recruitment and admissions.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development and delivery of an ambitious, dataâdriven student recruitment strategy across both domestic and international marketsProvide expert market intelligence and strategic advice to the University Executive Board (UEB) on global trends, competitor activity, geopolitical shifts and emerging growth opportunitiesOversee the full recruitment pipeline, from lead generation and precision marketing to offer conversion, agent management and endâtoâend admissions processingBuild partnerships across Global Partnerships, Marketing and Digital, Faculties and Schools/Departments and external networks to deliver ambitious recruitment targetsTo be successful, you will demonstrate:
Leadership experience in student recruitment across both international and domestic markets. Proven record of meeting ambitious recruitment and revenue targets, including sustained growth in international student recruitment.Experience embedding a resultsâdriven culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and dataâenabled decision makingEffective communication skills with the ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships Ability to lead, inspire and empower diverse teams to deliver high performanceWhy join us?
