About the role - In the role of Organisational Development (OD) Adviser you will design and deliver projects and interventions that contribute to the delivery of the OD strategy, and embed initiatives underpinning the University of Nottingham's cultural development. Working alongside others in the OD team, the HR team, and across the wider institution, you will have a focus on priorities including employee engagement, managing change, performance, culture, and organisational leadership.
About the team- The OD team is dedicated to helping UoN achieve its ambitions, and be a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace. We offer diagnostics, facilitation, expert advice and tailored guidance to support the University’s development. We support managers and their teams in navigating change, strengthening employee engagement and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.
About you- We are looking for a proactive, creative and people focused OD Adviser to support the delivery of the OD strategy. You should be passionate about supporting teams and individuals, an excellent communicator and listener, and have a keen willingness to learn. You will have the ability to build relationships with colleagues across many different roles, and collaborate with them to provide support.

Requests for secondment from internal candidates will be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.
