تفاصيل :

Are you an experienced operations professional who thrives at the heart of a complex, fast-paced organisation? This is not a traditional administrative role.

As an Executive Assistant at the University of Nottingham, you'll be a trusted partner to a member of our University Executive Board. You'll work proactively to manage competing priorities, navigate complex stakeholder relationships and ensure your executive can operate at their most effective.

From driving forward key projects and managing sensitive communications, to coordinating governance activity and anticipating needs before they arise, this role demands sound judgement, discretion and the confidence to operate at the highest levels of a complex organisation. In practice, this might mean one day you're coordinating a complex international travel itinerary and preparing briefing materials for a board visit, and the next you're managing governance documentation for a high-stakes committee, all while keeping multiple priorities moving seamlessly in the background.

You'll be someone who takes pride in making things work seamlessly behind the scenes, understands the strategic value of excellent executive support and brings real professionalism to everything you do. In return, you'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team where your expertise is valued and your development is actively supported. You'll join a small, expert team of Executive Assistants who each support a member of the University Executive Board, working closely together to provide seamless, high-quality service across the Vice-Chancellor's Office. We're a collaborative group who support each other, share knowledge and take pride in the quality of what we do, and we're looking for someone who will bring that same ethos.

You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant who has worked at a senior level, ideally supporting C-suite or equivalent stakeholders. Above all, we're looking for someone who brings:

Exceptional discretion and the confidence to handle sensitive information at the highest levelsThe ability to manage a complex, fast-moving workload and switch priorities without missing a beatOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent your executive's voice and standardsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset, anticipating needs before they ariseAn interest in how digital tools and emerging technologies can enhance the way we work
