About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Course Coordinator to support highâquality administration for our Undergraduate Medicine programmes. You will be the main administrative contact for your allocated courses and will manage key processes including timetabling, student allocations, attendance monitoring and curriculum updates.
You will support academic governance by preparing documents, servicing meetings and tracking actions, and you will help keep course records and systems accurate. As a key point of contact for students and academic staff, you will ensure clear communication and maintain upâtoâdate course information.
About the team
You will join a friendly and collaborative administration team within the School of Medicine’s Education Centre. We work closely with academic staff, clinical partners and professional services colleagues to deliver a high-quality experience for our medical students.
Teamwork, flexibility and knowledgeâsharing are central to how we work, and you will play an active role in supporting colleagues
About you
You will be an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be confident working independently, using your initiative to manage tasks, resolve non-standard queries and maintain high standards of service.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive working relationships across academic and professional groups.
