Front of House Advisor (038217)

Surrey Sports Park is a premiere training facility used by students, members of the community, and professional clubs and athletes. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a clear passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The Front of House team is the welcoming face of Surrey Sports Park dealing with a wide variety of guests. This role is ideal for a candidate that takes great pride in their work and aims to deliver their best at every opportunity. The post holder will need to have the ability to think independently, problem solve and possesses excellent communication skills.

There will be a wide range of external and internal enquiries to deal with, therefore comprehensive knowledge of all areas of Surrey Sports Park will be integral to performing this role successfully.

This post is 40.0 hours per week, on Weekdays and Weekends if required.
