You will support the research of others in the development of values-based approaches in sustainable development, such as by contributing to: planning, preparing, setting up, conducting and recording the outcome of field work; developing questionnaires and conducting surveys; conducting literature searches; co-ordinating information and administration of small sub-budgets.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in project management and report writing as well as a good (1 or 2:1) degree or higher. You will also have sufficient knowledge in the specific area of SD Indicators or a related subject area and be able to learn to understand and utilise other areas of this multi-disciplinary field. You must be able to work overseas for up to 2 weeks at a time.
The post is fixed-term for 12 months, with a possibility of extension for a further 12 months subject to group funds being available.
