The Children’s Brain Tumour Research Centre (CBTRC) is an internationally recognised centre of excellence for Paediatric Neuro-Oncology Research.

We are looking to appoint an exceptional Clinician Scientist who shares our ambition to make CBTRC one of the world’s leading centres for brain tumour research. Opportunities for scientific and clinical collaboration are excellent.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinical academic and if you have the ambition and ability, there are excellent career pathway opportunities available.

As an outstanding clinical academic and expert in Paediatric Oncology and Neuro-Oncology you will have a track record of conducting research at the highest level, with a clear record of high quality international publications and of obtaining competitive grants as well as developing an internationally standing. You will be a potential research-leader, demonstrating both personal research excellence, and the ability to drive forward the research agenda of the Children’s Brain Tumour Research Centre.

This permanent post will be offered on a full time basis, 40 hours per week or part time, minimum 24 hours per week. Job share arrangements may be considered.
