Based in Falmer, working closely with another colleague, you will provide an efficient and effective administrative service to specific academic programme areas in the School of Humanities and undertake the administration of a range of undergraduate awards in the school. This will involve being the first point of contact in relation to the current student body and staff team, and supporting the preparation of course documentation. High level, demonstrable administrative and general office skills, proven experience of course administration and implementation of effective office processes and proven experience of using a record system, preferably SITS, are essential.
