Within the HR Team we are looking to fill the key post of Organisational Development and Learning Manager, working to the Director of Human Resources.
In this role you will:
Lead and manage the University’s Organisation Development and Learning function
Develop and deliver the Organisational Development and Learning strategy and plan
Ensure that organisational development and learning initiatives are appropriately designed, integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals
Provide expertise and advice to senior leaders and teams to help improve performance and deliver cultural change.
Work with HR colleagues to develop and implement employee development, recognition and engagement strategies.
Own and oversee full utilisation of the University’s Oracle based integrated learning, talent and performance management system, including the delivery of reports and MI to improve university performance and engagement.
To apply for this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
Significant experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably in Higher Education
Extensive experience of designing interventions and providing thought leadership to support wide scale change and improvement projects.
Expertise in designing and delivering inclusive organisational learning, development and talent management strategies.
A track record of leading and inspiring teams to achieve their best
Strong customer focus with proven capability of successfully influencing senior stakeholders on organisation development and learning matters
Energy and ambition for yourself and all that OD and Learning can achieve
A relevant professional qualification and status such as Chartered MCIPD or FCIPD.
