The NCOP is a national HEFCE funded programme of targeted outreach to identified cohorts of young people, residing in identified wards. You will support BCU’s work delivered through the NCOP and the Aim Higher Partnership and will help toensure that BCU’s commitments to the Aimhigher NCOP programme are met. You will be supporting the NCOP senior officer to build, lead and manage a portfolio of partnerships with feeder schools and colleges and support with the development and delivery of a broad portfolio of activity to targeted, under-represented groups who are NCOP eligible. You will be aiding with the administrative requirements of the partnership and discussing the agreed caseloads with NCOP eligible Schools and Colleges. You will be supporting on the NCOP delivery plan, within the parameters of the wider AimHigher plan, and working collaboratively with other universities in the partnership. This will include providing support in the financial administration, reporting and evaluation activity of BCU’s NCOP programme, in partnership with partner universities and the AimHigher hub, and organising the training and supervision of NCOP Graduate Ambassadors for utilisation in the NCOP programme. You will be regularly reporting on monitoring and evaluation data that has been collected, and feeding it into the AimHigher NCOP reporting cycle. You will also attend and support the NCOP Management and activity groups as required. If you are interested in the role, we would be delighted to receive an application.
