Lakeside Front of House Assistant (067419)

The Lakeside Restaurant and Coffee Shop are part of the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management which is ranked in the top eight Schools for hospitality and leisure management in the QS World University Rankings 2019 achieving a five-star rating. We are also ranked in the top three for hospitality, leisure, recreation and tourism in the Complete University Guide 2020. The Lakeside Restaurant and Coffee Shop is a unique operation, which is led by a team of professional staff and assisted (during semester time) by talented students studying on the BSc International Hospitality Management programme.

Lakeside is recruiting a Front of house Assistant whose key responsibilities will be the day to day running of the restaurant and the coffee shop, as well as providing a first-class hospitality service to both internal and external customers. Another key responsibility will be leading the student lead team in front of house activities.
