A fixed term, maternity cover opportunity has arisen withinAssessments and Awards team inAcademic Registry. We are now seeking a motivated individual to join the Assessments & Awards Team. The Assessment and Awards team are responsible for the organisation of all aspects of assessment across the University, in addition to the confirmation and verification of awards and organisation of award ceremonies.

Located centrally in Senate House, you will primarily be working with the Assessments team for one Faculty, undertaking activities in relation to assessments, class tests and examinations, mark entry and support for Boards of Examiners. You will be involved in the awarding processes, including preparation of Board paperwork, liaising with external examiners and other exam related activity and the administration of university prizes.

A good team player, you will have administration experience, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, good IT skills and work consistently to high levels of accuracy. You will be required to work proactively within established processes and procedures and with minimum day to day supervision.
