Print Room Technician (Fixed Term) (ME1073A)

The College of Arts is a vibrant and growing element of the University of Lincoln which is based in the heart of this thriving, beautiful and friendly city. The Technical Services Team is made up of over 30 highly skilled and specialist staff who provide a wide-range of services and support to students and academic staff across the numerous schools within the College.  

We are looking to recruit a Print Technician to provide maternity cover for the current post holder, this will be for a period of approximately 14 months.   The role will be based in the colleges print room which houses facilities to support Intaglio, Relief, Collagraphy and Screen Print processes.  The post holder will be expected to support students and academic staff in these processes via timetabled workshops or self-directed learning.

You will be self-motivated and a proactive team player with a passion for providing an excellent student experience.  You should be well organised and able to plan, prioritise and manage your own workload.  

The post is a full time temporary position (37 hours a week) and has a projected start date of February 2020. Full training will be given to the right candidate in the universities policies and procedures.
