Community Grants Programme Manager (FIX-374-2019)

Part time: 30 hours per week

Contract: Fixed term until 31st January 2021.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to manage and co-ordinate the Greater Lincolnshire LEP Community Grants Programme. Bishop Grosseteste University have recently been awarded the contract to deliver the programme which is ESF funded procured by the ESFA. 

The programme will make grants to the third sector and to small organisations to provide services for those aged 16 years and over who are unemployed or inactive in the labour market. The Programme Manager will support organisations through the process of making applications, ensuring that outcomes are delivered and the programme is compliant.  They will offer effective line management of the Programme Administrator.

This role is county-wide and community focused; the post-holder will be required to travel. There is also the expectation that you would be occasionally required to work outside of ‘normal’ working hours.

Interviews will take place on 17 December 2019 at Bishop Grosseteste University.
