The post-holder will also support the conversion of international students by providing positive assistance through the entire enquiry and application process, delivering a seamless service for its customers. The successful applicant should be educated to degree level or equivalent and previous administrative experience in the higher education environment is desirable. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and customer service skills, and also has a high attention to detail and accuracy.
