The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to teaching and curriculum development for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, play a lead role in collaborative research projects and conduct ongoing original research for publications, with teaching areas focusing on engineering surveying and geospatial engineering. The potential candidate will have expertise, teaching experience and a research interest in one or more of the following areas: GNSS, Laser scanning, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, Navigation, Surveying applications related to BIM.

Salary is competitive depending on skills and experience (salary progression beyond this is subject to performance). In addition, an attractive package including employment support allowance and insurance will be provided for international appointments.

The post is available from September 2020 or as soon as thereafter and will initially be offered on a fixed-term contract with the University of Nottingham Ningbo China for a period of up to five years. This contract may be extended on an indefinite basis by mutual agreement.
