Southampton Education School is a flourishing centre of international research and teaching excellence. It has a strong programme of initial teacher education including primary, secondary and post-compulsory PGCE, an undergraduate programme in Education Studies and a full portfolio of Masters and Doctoral degrees and professional development opportunities.
Over the last few years, the school has invested in a variety of digital media technologies to support the teaching and research in the School. The School has a small studio space equipped with lighting and green screen facilities; mid-range (4K) cameras and vision switching and streaming equipment; multi-track audio recording facilities; and high specification computers for video editing.
