Are you highly skilled at leading change initiatives with experience of shaping and delivering change strategies to meet the needs of large, complex organisations and operating robust project governance? Are you interested in bringing your knowledge of change management best practice to one of the largest higher education institutions in the UK?

The University of Leeds is currently progressing a transformational change programme: the Corporate Processes and Systems Programme. This is a multi-million-pound programme involving change to processes, systems and ways of working across a significant proportion of the organisation’s business functions.  We are looking to recruit three subject matter experts to provide hands-on leadership and insight to Delivery Teams which are scoping, developing, planning and implementing changes across several services. 

We are looking for experienced candidates with a track record of collaborating and adapting to deliver large, complex business and functional change activities within a mix of areas including Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Financial and Operational Planning and Purchasing. Successful candidates will be passionate about change management and have highly developed capabilities in relationship building and delivering results in complex environments. Appointees will also have a remit to work closely with the Programme People Lead and Business Leads to build change capability within the business functions impacted by change. 

The roles are for 18 months and will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the programme.  You will act as the bridge between the technical subject matter experts and the end client and will therefore need exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will also have a significant track record in leading and motivating project teams tasked with planning and delivering transformational change within business functions.
