Come and join our research accounting team, where you will provide specialist financial advice and support across the University, costing new grants and projects, and tracking the financial performance and compliance of grants and projects. You will be managing the financial aspects of a portfolio of projects, providing advice and support to a wide range of colleagues in order to contribute to the growth in our research portfolio.
The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:
The management and coordination of the financial aspects of research grants and contractsThe management of research project claims, including investigating and resolving queriesThe provision of specialist financial advice and support to research colleagues on the post-award financial and project management of all research activityThe provision of advice and support to academics and administrative staff in the costing of grant applications and other externally funded projectsYou will be at least AAT qualified or have a demonstrable level of commensurate practical experience.
