Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new opportunity? Then we would like to hear from you. 

Working with colleagues across the school, Finance and other central departments, your role will be to support and develop a full range of administrative activities and work within our school ensuring students and colleagues receive a very high level of customer service. This post covers a wide range of activities such as: personal, email and telephone enquiries from staff, students, and the public, organising and supporting meetings, and processing invoices for payment.  As an effective, customer focused administrator your role is key to the smooth running of our school, which in turn helps to provide a great student experience. 

 To succeed in this role, you should have: 

Excellent organisational and communication skills.  The ability to produce grammatically correct written work and provide numerical accuracy. The ability to assimilate new information quickly.   A flexible approach. Competent skills with databases and Office Packages  

This is a fixed term post until the end of July 2021. We welcome applications from candidates seeking to job share. 

It is anticipated that interviews will be held online on either 28th or 29th January 2021.
