Lead Business Analyst (CSUIT1388)

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join IT at one of the biggest Universities in the UK. You will work on digital transformation projects that underpin the global strategy of the University. Our professional team of BAs are supportive, committed to learning and development and are looking forward to welcoming you.

As a Lead Business Analyst you will work collaboratively with project managers, business representatives, end-users and technical teams within IT and the wider University to deliver systems that support effective and efficient business processes and align with University Strategy. You will have considerable experience of working as a Business Analyst to effectively understand business objectives, elicit requirements and model business processes.

You will have extensive experience of solving problems, communicating effectively with a diverse range of people and with an ability to prioritise your own workload, managing conflicting demands on your time. You will have experience of coaching and developing Business Analysts and acting as an advocate for the business analysis role and profession.
