As Lecturer, you will undertake research, teaching and management within the Division, contributing to academic leadership in HRM. You will have a proven track record of research and specialist expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Equality, diversity and inclusion
• Human capital and skill formation
• HR people analytics
• Strategic HRM or other HR specialism
You will contribute to the research agenda of in the Centre of Employment Relations Innovation and Change (CERIC) in these areas. In addition to candidates whose research interests align with the CERIC agenda (social inequalities, digital futures of work, and voice and representation), we are looking to strengthen the core HRM team with expertise in international/comparative research and quantitative HR analytics.
You will play a leading role in delivering the CIPD accredited MA in Human Resource Management, run by the Work and Employment Relations Division (WERD division) and be part of CERIC(in full) the largest concentration of researchers in work and employment relations in the UK. We are looking to appoint up to up to 5 Lecturers in Human Resource Management related areas, plus a Lecturer/Associate Professor in Management Consulting.
