About You

You thrive on working with data and come armed with a can-do attitude and a willingness to be hands-on in all aspects of the role. With excellent communication skills and an appetite for methodical problem-solving, you will be a highly organised individual with a passion for maximising efficiency and enabling, training, and supporting others. You will be a reliable team player with the proven ability and confidence to work on your own initiative and to review and implement new ways of working. Agile and adaptable to a constantly changing environment, you will be positive and solutions-focussed and always provide the highest levels of customer service and support. 

About the Role

Your role sits at the heart of a dynamic and creative team where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and administration of the alumni and stakeholder database, leading on many aspects of data management and related processes. Your role includes extracting, interrogating and reporting on data to help inform strategy and help extend the reach and influence of the University. Your role will support alumni and corporate events and will provide general administrative support, making sure you’re always looking for ways to use and improve your skills and experience to make an impact.
