About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an International Recruitment Marketing Officer to join the International Office here at Edge Hill University. In this role you will assist in the development of a strategy and implementation plan for the recruitment of international (non-UK/ROI) fee paying students for study on all Edge Hill University Programs. You will also undertake tasks related to all international student recruitment, international marketing and take a supporting role for international admissions. You will also identify and establish new business opportunities, in conjunction with the Senior International Recruitment and Marketing Manager whilst also developing and maintaining existing partnership relationships.

About You

As an International Recruitment Marketing Officer, you will have experience of working in (higher) education in the UK, with particular focus on international recruitment and good knowledge of higher education systems outside the UK, in region of responsibility. You will have the ability to work in an international environment with good intercultural sensitivity as well as the ability to work well with young people and understand the needs of international students. 

You show outstanding interpersonal skills with the experience and capability to build effective networks and working relationships. You have a demonstrable ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work to targets and time schedules, as well as able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision. You have proven customer care skills and excellent IT, verbal and written skills. 

Availability to work evening and weekends and to travel abroad as required is essential. Fluency in more than one language is also essential.
