We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to manage the Institute’s departmental support office, and provide executive-level support to the Institute Director. You will provide high-level, pro-active administration for initiatives headed by members of the Institute’s management team and also be directly responsible managing other initiatives across the Institute, including the development and delivery of the alumni strategy.
You will have previous experience of an executive role in a varied office environment, and in particular of managing and developing front-line office services. You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently on a range of tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines. You will have experience of people management, project delivery, and of identifying and implementing process change.
