Market Research and Insight Manager (CSMAR1131)

Interviews are expected to be held w/c 15 April 2024

Grade 7 (£37,099 - £44,263 p.a.) Depending on experience 

This role will be based on the University campus. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

You will ensure that strategic and tactical decision-making is informed by timely, relevant and robust data, insight and intelligence. You will design, manage and deliver market research, analysis and insight for all student markets and along the total student journey, as well as all other target audiences across the University. 

You will take responsibility for the planning, design and management of large-scale multifaceted projects involving both primary research (qualitative and quantitative) and extensive secondary data analysis. 

You will have extensive experience of planning and delivering market research, insight and analysis projects and will need strong communication skills and be able to build effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. 

This role supports key targets and metrics around the size and shape of the learner market, competitor positioning, brand and reputation measures, and income generation.

The nature of the role means that there will be a requirement for occasional weekend and/or evening working.
