A&WMA Volunteer Leaders — Leadership Training Academy

This program was created exclusively for our volunteers to strengthen your leadership skills, give you ideas that can be implemented within your local member units committees, councils, and boards, and provide you with outstanding networking opportunities. Nearly all of our current board members and committee chairs started their commitment to A&WMA with the Leadership Training Academy. This will be your connection to exciting ideas, essential tools, and exceptional people.
