We are pleased to announce the forthcoming 5th Jagiellonian Symposium on Advances in Particle Physics and Medicine (JS2024), which will take place in Krakow from June 29 to July 7, 2024. Following the success of the previous symposium in 2022 (4th Jagiellonian Symposium on Advances in Particle Physics and Medicine), this symposium continues the rich tradition of the Jagiellonian Symposia on Fundamental and Applied Subatomic Physics. These symposia have been organized at the Jagiellonian University since 2013 and build on the legacy of earlier thematic symposia dating back to 2001.
Topics: Total-body PET, PET imaging innovations, Novel pharmaceuticals for theranostics, Extracellular vesicles for theranostics, Artificial intelligence for medicine, Positronium in medicine and fundamental physics, Particle detection technologies, Particle therapy monitoring, Exotic atoms and nuclei, Nuclear physics
